At Somerstep, LLC dba Colorado CQB, we aim to provide exceptional service while complying with all federal, state, and local laws, including privacy regulations like
the Colorado Privacy Act. These Store Policies govern your use of our website (https://cocqb.com), online purchases, and related services. By
engaging with us, you agree to these terms. Please review them carefully alongside our Privacy Policy, available at https://cocqb.com/privacy-policy.
We understand errors happen. If you need to change or modify
an order after submission:
• Contact us promptly to request a cancellation. We’ll
refund the full amount issued as a gift card minus a 10% processing fee.
• You’ll need to place a new order yourself via our
website—we won’t do it for you to minimize fraud risks and protect your
sensitive information.
• Processing timelines restart with the new order.
All sales are final, but we handle cancellations and returns
as follows:
• Canceled Orders: A 20% restocking fee applies. If we don’t
receive required documents within 21 days, we’ll cancel the order and refund
you - issued as a gift card minus the 20% fee.
• Training Classes: Registration is non-cancelable and or reschedulable
as a one-time only reschedule. Classes are non-transferable and must be
attended by the registered individual.
• Absences after a class begins are considered no-shows.
Colorado residents may request deletion of registration data under the CPA,
subject to legal exceptions.
We sell air-soft firearms and related equipment in full
compliance with all applicable laws.
• Check your local and state restrictions before ordering.
• Equipment ships in the manufacturer’s box with accessories
and warranty info where applicable.
• Warranty repairs (within 1 year) go through the
manufacturer, not us.
Using our website means you accept these policies and our

By purchasing from us, you affirm that you meet the legal
requirements to engage in air-soft firearm training in Colorado and that your
participation does not violate any local, state, or federal laws.
If your purchase declarations are false or you breach these
terms, you agree to defend and hold Somerstep, LLC dba Colorado CQB and its
affiliates harmless from any liability or prosecution.
